I am delighted to say that Church in the Garden is moving into the Church this Sunday 25th April. This is in large part due to the hard work of our warden, so great thanks are due to him.
Because we are not entirely out of restrictions, we are going to continue with a hybrid model of church so that those who can attend can and those who can't can still have an online Livestream service at 10.00am. each Sunday.
In other good news we will be re-beginning fortnightly communion services in Raughton Head at 11.00 am starting from
25th April and in Wreay starting 16th May.
We will still have some restrictions. Households will need to stay 2m apart, which means we will only use every other pew and have a limited capacity for each building. Sunday school is banned, everyone needs to wear a mask when not presenting and singing is still limited to a few people. We have a one way system and hand sanitiser for going in and coming out.
All this means that our services will be a bit different but I think it is great that we will be able to gather for worship even in this limited form.
I look forward to seeing everyone, but please only come if you feel safe to do so.
